The best treatment lies in Yoga exercises or activities. One important one is Rubber Niti. But do it in the presence of a Yoga teacher.
Success guarnteed.

None that I know of, other than dying it. Someone I know (She's in her 50's now) said that her hair started turning grey when she was 15!
There's probably some foods or something that would help, sorry but I don't know of any!
Good luck!

It is genetic, and familial also. There is no real treatment. All advertised medicines usually do not work. Some people claim homeopathic medicines work for them. Coloring your hair would be the cheapest solution.

Gray hair is normal. I've seen 6 year olds with patches of gray. You need to colour it if you want to get 'rid' of it. There is nothing wrong with gray hair, it's unpigmented hair. So go out and get it coloured. Gray hair is better then losing it. Is it not?

It's no fun, I know. My hairstylist says, though, that with hair color the way it is these days, I never have to go gray! Check with a good colorist, or try it home yourself. I prefer Loreal Excellence.

While some hair fall daily is natural, stress, hairstyle products and lack of nutrition can cause excessive hair fall as listed at http://tinyurl.com/kshvn . By changing your lifestyle and using herbal remedies, you can reduce hair loss. More details available at http://tinyurl.com/py7z4 .
