Go to the American consulate or embassy in your area. Only they will be able to give you a definative answer.

Usually, an overstay outside of the country can be resolved if it is less than one year. Since you stayed out for 2 years, you will probably have to reapply for your residency permit/greencard. You may be able to get a readmittance or extension if your last permit is still valid. If you were in the US as a student and you still need to finish your studies, then you can probably get another student visa issued. If you have a job in the US, then your chances are better. Good luck!

You have probably lost your residency, unless you can convince a consular officer that the reason you didn't return to the US was beyond your control. You can't stay out for longer than one year; you can lose your residency for staying away a shorter time, too, unless the officer at the US port of entry can be sure that you haven't abandoned your residency.

I would do a search, and join the yahoo mail group MAG-ANAK, they have quite a few experts there on philippine immigration, although I fear the answer to your question may not be what you want to hear, you can be assured of the informaiton you receive from them.
