Yes, and praise to Allah for all the wonderful food I have been given to eat when time comes to break my fast! Yesterday I truly appreciated and thoroughly enjoyed my supper of homemade pizza and carrot sticks. :) Yesterday I went for a walk at lunch time, and contemplated the people who skip lunch every day, not by choice, but because they have no resources, and made a plan to donate food to my local homeless shelter after I grocery shop next. And with the earlier rising in morning, I'm able to do a lot of my household "chores" in the morning and spend more time playing with my children in the evening. Ramadan Mubarak!
But already right now I'm feeling a wee bit thirsty, and its only minutes into the fast.

today no, i'm from 'The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints' and we fast on the first sunday of every month. :-)
