im asking literally, what happens inside the brain to make the attitude of a person change?

Alcohol affects every part of the brain, including hormonal balance. Attitude and mood are affected by the hormonal balance as well. Alcohol can make a non-aggressive person violent, or vice-versa. Alcohol has chemicals in it that are toxic to the brain and what happens when a person drinks is the result of the body's reaction to the chemicals that it has been exposed to. After Drinking,connection form medulla oblangata is disconnected .Medulla is the part of reflex action located at back side of cranium at lower tip,over Atlas.Its is cause of alcohol which is toxic substance and leads to abnormality.

Because you inhabitations lower and your ability to make important dissensions becomes impaired. Your un-tethered personality is let loose and not held back by your important dissensions reasoning skills. It isn’t changed but when your sober you have more control over what you say and do.

Alcohol is a depressant, it depresses the centre of inhibitions in the brain and a person can do that which he/she normally would not do.
