All people who die, whether good or bad go to the Bible hell. It is the common grave. In Hebrew hell is rendered "Sheol" and in Greek it is rendered "hades" Here are some passages to see what hell really is:
Psalms 139:8: " If I ascend up into heaven, thou art there: if I make my bed in hell, behold, thou art there."
Proverbs 9:18: " But he knoweth not that the dead are there; and that her guests are in the depths of hell."
Proverbs 15:24: "The way of life is above to the wise, that he may depart from hell beneath."
Amos 9:2: " Though they dig into hell, thence shall mine hand take them; though they climb up to heaven, thence will I bring them down."
Jonah 2:2: " And said, I cried by reason of mine affliction unto the LORD, and he heard me; out of the belly of hell cried I, and thou heardest my voice." (The belly of the fish that swallowed Jonah would have been his grave, had God not rescued him)
Hell will soon be done away with--yes, hell will be a thing of the past. At Revelation 20:13,14 we are promised-----"And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them:(They will be resurrected back to life) and they were judged every man according to their works. And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death."
Death will bo no more and hell will be no more for without death, there will be no need for hell (graves)
How glad we should be that hell is only a temporary resting place for those who have fallen asleep in death and to know that our Creator is a God of love and tortures no one.

If a person accept Jesus Christ as his personal Savior and Lord, he would never mind to do the things you described above.
There may be some for material benefits acts as a person accepted Jesus Christ and does all the above.
Definitely the second kind will go to eternal damnation.
Eg:- You can call your Father , Dad, Papa, etc. Like wise your friend can also call your father the same. But yourself, Your Father and your friend knows very well who is the father and who is the son. and who will be His heir.
The same manner will be applied here in relation between God and man.
Revelation 20:12 And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.
13 And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works.
14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.
15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.
Accepting Jesus Christ is not a license to commit sin. But he will be Justified for the sin he had done before that for the atonement has already been done By Jesus Christ (The lamp of God that bear the sins of the world).
Hell means its the place where the unsaved souls rest when it depart from the body.

To answer the first part .I believe that a person who TRULY!!!! accepts Jesus Christ into his heart also receices the Holy Spirit which is the guiding hand that transforms you over time into the character of Jesus...so...I think that would be an impossible scenario for a TRUE Christian.Their could be punishment I believe in committing sin. There are definately different ramifications of sin. What I mean is that there are certain consequences to different types of sin.For example ...you commit murder you could be executed. You cheat on your spouse you could be left in ruins. As far as the atheist is concerned.According to the King James Bible in this New Testament Age the only way to the Father(God-Heaven) is thru the Son(Jesus christ). An atheist or anyone else for that matter is not capable of living a sin free life. There has only been one person in the history of the world who lived their whole life without sin.His name is Jesus Christ. I offer my beliefs to you as a response to your question.I hope they were of some help.

Some Christians DO go to hell, even according to their own theology. Some Christians (Catholics) believe in purgatory - a place where a person is cleansed of his sins before entering heaven - and they believe the cleansing is quite unpleasant. However, one must question the sincerity of a person who repents of the same sins weekly - only a true repentance counts. Sure, people are forgiven again and again, for every sincere repentance, but if you do the same sin many times, you begin to lose that guilty feeling that accompanies a true repentance.
According to Christian belief, an atheist may not enter heaven, under any circumstances.

That's tough to answer but know this:
God sees the heart and not the actions. But since actions come from thoughts and the heart, it is surely wrong thoughts and attitudes that have led a Christian to go so low. Surely this is not the manifestation of the Holy Spirit!
And we know that if the Holy Spirit does not live in a person, He is destined for Hell, because the Holy Spirit is the only mark of repentance and seal of God's forgiveness which comes through faith in Jesus' death for mankind's sin and ressurection in victory over death.
Therefore, an atheist would not get the benefit of living in Heaven because he/she did not agree to receive the Holy Spirit, which is the guarantee of salvation in our Lord Jesus Christ.
God bless you!

Everyone goes to hell, which is the common grave. Even Jesus was committed to hell, or hades, or sheol; so says the Bible!!
The Scripture also says that Jesus was the first man to ascend to heaven - no one before him ascended there.
We simply did not exist before our conception. After we die we again do not exist, anywhere!!
THAT is what the resurrection IS!! Jesus was resurrected from death to being a spirit life, just as he was before God made Jesus non-existent as a spirit, and put Jesus' life into Mary's womb.

The church's dogma, as proclaimed from the pulpit of some biblical churches, seems to be that if you proclaim Christ as Saviour you will go to heaven.
Even if you behave extremely badly.
But once in heaven, Christ will confront you with you past actions.
Very convenient -- especially if there turns out to be no heaven after all.

In Christianity, there is a concept called "repentance". What repentance means, is that, once you repent (that is, realize how terrible sin is, and that sin is a crime against God) and ask for God's forgiveness, you no longer have the desire to commit iniquity (that is, to willingly sin as part of your daily life). Someone who repents does not follow in the steps of "Church on Sunday, Sin on Monday".
A Christian may fall... sometimes, they fall hard... but the difference is, is that we pick ourselves back up, instead of allowing ourselves to stay down. Once it hits us how terrible Lust and Hatred are (not just Rape and Kill... but even the sins within the heart are viewed), we stop doing it. It would be akin to a person who views what the inside of a smoker's lung looks like, and out of sheer horror, and the realization of their own lungs, they put out their cigarette, never to willingly pick one up again. They might be tempted to smoke again, and they might even take a puff, but when they do, they wretch, remembering the vision of the blackened lung, and douse the cigarette.
Going to church every Sunday, or even accepting Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior is a non-factor at this part. It does not prove whether you have repented. Jesus said, "Many will come to me, saying, 'Lord, Lord, have we not done wonderful works in your name', and I shall say to them, 'Get away from me, I never knew you'".
A so-called Christian who does not repent of their sins and change their ways, is no more a true Christian than an atheist is.
As to the atheist... the Bible says that "keeping the whole of the law, but fail in one point, is guity of all"... that is, if you, from the moment you were born to the moment you die, never break 9 of the 10 commandments, and keep all 603 of the Mosiac Law... you are just as guilty as the man who broke every one of them, and equally deserving of Hell.
Imagine a unique, priceless, vase. Flawless in every aspect. This is the perfection God created man with. The vase is dropped just once. It shatters into a million pieces. No matter how much Crazy Glue you might have, you will never get that vase back into the perfection it once was. This is what sin is to the human soul.
What matters, though, is that a single man has kept every single one of the commandments. One man, is completely blameless. Jesus Christ. He gave up His life, and took the punishment that all of mankind deserves. To those who realize how terrible sin is to God, they accept Jesus' sacrifice, knowing that He took the lashes for each of our deepest secrets, He took the humiliation that each of us feels for all the things we've been ashamed of ourselves for, and He was crucified for the death sentence that we deserve.
Just like the vase... sin breaks the human soul. We might try to repair the vase with glue, and we can try to repair our soul with good deeds, but neither is perfect again. Jesus, however, 'from His own money takes your broken vase, and buys you a brand new one'... that is, He takes the punishment you deserve, and God looks to Jesus' perfection, instead of what your imperfection once was, then you are washed clean and born anew.
