No. much better than most other fruits except perhaps the mango which is the best. A kiwi tastes like a Kiwi which cannot be explained but you should taste one personally

This is a good example of a question you cannot get answered here @ Yahoo answers. Purely experiencial, long after you have forgotten about anything you ever did on the web, you may remember the taste of a kiwi.

As a child, I distinctly remember kiwi tasting similar to banana. As an adult, I still think that occasionally, although kiwis are more sour.

thats like asking what is the color orange if you have never seen any color before (your blinde) your kiwi fruit is like 30 cents at the store. be adventurous and buy one. try it with whip cream! and don't eat the skin. there are lots of kinds of kiwi's so try a few and get one ripe (soft)

kiwi fruit is basically tingling sour in taste. it does has some sweet content(taste wise)

It's Green, yellow and brown, the rind is dark brown with burry crust.. it taste Sweet and Sour at same time.. mmmm Delicious, you have to try it.

Its diferant ,I cant think of another fruit it tastes like ,its soft like tomato but sweet like berrys but sour like apple ,maybe a soft apple?
