If someone put a gun to my head and says i'm about to kill you, is it wrong to hope I will live? I learn that it is wrong to kill, is it wrong not to kill? If I learn that it is wrong to steal, is it wrong not to steal? If I learn it is wrong harm someone physiclly and emotionaly, is it wrong to do both? If I learn that it is wrong to take sex by force, is it wrong to rape? If I learn that my purpose in existance to help other as much as I can, is it wrong to do so? Now what if i learned all this in an old book called the Bible, is it wrong? What wrong with doing Good?

People usually do good because of themselves. They do bad also because of themselves. They advice others to do good also because of themselves.
When it's all about ourselves - fulfilling our wants and needs in expense of others, is always good.
You want to know the REAL GOOD?
There's no real good. What's good now may be bad tomorrow and vise versa.
You can't be sure doing good to a person will guarantee he/she will have a good outcome. Neither can you can guarantee doing bad to the same person will guarantee a bad outcome.

Ur questions contradict themselves.. If it's wrong to kill, then obviously it can't be wrong not to kill.. I see what ur askn but ur askn it a lil confusing... Anyways, no, all the things we as Christians are taught by God is good.

NOTHING IS WRONG WITH DOING GOOD...but its not enough to get u into heaven...u must repent of ur sins an be baptized in the name of jesus for the remission of ur sins....acts2:38-39
