i know it is haram(forbidden) to take the ejab off but if a male saw my hair while i have udue will i have to make udue again so as i can pray or not?

your wudu is broken. Man should not neither see you nor touch and via verse if you have completed your wudu.

If you are sure he saw you, it is better to go for Wudhu again. If you found out later after your prayrers that a man saw you, that would have been an accident and that's ok, you don't need to repeat your prayers.
