Any ideas for a weekend vacation with kids under 5, already done disney?

Rent a vacation home on the Outer Banks of North Carolina. It's so beautiful there! My father did that when I was in the third grade. I don't remember much from that age, but that's one even I definitely remember, and I'll never forget. We rented a home for a week. It probably cost about $3,000, probably even less then. It's so warm there, and the water is so comfortable. There's places with big waves, and as a kid, I loved jumping them. I couldn't swim then (still can't... shh!) but I still had the best time. In the evenings we'd go rollerblading to Dairy Queen. A lot of the homes are three or four floors tall, and from the upper decks we could see dolphins swimming in the ocean and pelicans swimming above. And the sunsets are gorgeous. There's lots to do in the area, too. Walk up the countries largest light house, Cape Hatteras. Go deep sea fishing or learn to surf. There's plenty of fun things for families to do. I had an unforgettable time, and I'm sure your children and family would, too!

I have always found that going to the zoo with kids was a great idea or a fun park meant for little ones or sea world.. kids are always facinated by animals.. Maybe they have a petting zoo there , hands on is a plus for little ones. Good luck and God bless you next outing...

Go somewhere and get big box's. Go to the backyard and create a castle. Who needs to go anywhere? Make a fantasy at home :0) Kids are very creative :0)
