I am totally shaken & distressed man, a total faliure in whatever I have done professionaly & now, my girl wants to leave me because of my lack of success. Any suggestions to make my life more "liveable" ??

Until you work on your self esteem and self worth you will never think you are worthy of anything. Start with counselling. Then maybe try to get your girl back. If you are suffering from depression, see your doctor. Nothing will feel like its liveable right now until you start looking after yourself mentally and physically. Do you exercise? Do you eat well? Do you have plans for the future and goals? Do you have good relationships? friendships? What makes you shaken and distressed? face it head on.

first quit focusing on your failures, life isnt meant to be lived that way. Your girlfriend, if all she wants is success, I guess I will leave that up to you. Life is meant to find love, friends, and be happy with what you have. One of the great failures of man kind is to always want more. More money, more stuff, just more, if you quit focusing on what other's have and focus on what you have to treasure and yes you do have something, You have you. Be happy with that and others will be happy with that too. I know this is said alot but "don't sweat the small stuff" In reality is growing professionally really that important? Look at where it takes you. Just wanting to get to that next level without ever seeing the top. You need to try and focus on what you do have. To build yourself up, stop thinking negatively because it only affects everyone around you. Pat yourself on the back, it doesn't hurt lol. Talk a walk, breath and say "I am happy with me" "I am happy with my job" "I am thankful for.... " Think good thoughts it may take a while to get your attitude back to positive but I know it will work. Good luck to you

I totally understand what u r going through as i have been through this my self...
look at it like this.... this is a great time to know exactly who is on ur side... ur true friends...
do not look at this as an end but the begining of a new chapter in life....

I think that she might have been with you for the wrong reasons and you need to think about this. I mean when you are with someone if you really love them or care for them you would not leave them when they are down. We all have our failures and triumphs that's what life's about and she may be in for a big surprise when she has to face her own failures. Maybe she is scared to fail herself and it is not about you. Id say don't worry about what just happened try again and keep going. I think you only fail at things you never try. Good luck and just know that you are worth more maybe she will realize that but lets not count on it. Just believe in you don't let no one shake your ground.

While people may call her selfish, I would just say that its not right to blame her alone. It is true that work increases your self worth and helps in maintaining good relations. If you are successful and you will be, your relationships will also get better. For now, only focus on your career and try succeeding professionally, the rest will follow.

first of all failures are steps to sucess . believe me its just not a saying . its true if u really believe . i have faced it and i can assure you its true . so dun get dishearten if not today then tomorrow , but ur day will come . secondly forget ur girlfrend . she doesn't deserve ur love . no point having a relationship with such a materialistic person . u will never have a healthy relationship . love is always unconditional and pure . so move a head man n stop crying over failures . atleast u have learned something from them which u are not goin to repeat it in future.

well i would like to suggest you to concentrate more on your work rather than thinking in which all fields you have failed....
I've gone through the same situation a few weeks earlier when my bf left me for no reason...and even i blamed myself....
but you have to accept the fact...just the way i did....move on...enjoy life...do what you couldn't do when you had a gf....make new friends....it will help you build up your self esteem....

leave those who leaves u , but i know its dificult to leave whom u love the most , but try to love those whom, no body loves.
try to give wht u need!
spread love in this world , this will be ur reason to live.
live for those who are ill and poor.

i think if she want to leave u coz of u r lack success,she doesn't love u truly,when love is n't true let him go.u have n't worried about it,and focus on Ur business.i don't know if i give u right suggestion or but i think that love and friendship is true when they helps u also then u have n't nothing with u.coz both of that have to be pure.
