I'm a polytheist and would be uncomfortable naming any of my deities as my "chief" deity. There are two Gods that I have a close relationship with: Taranis and Lugus (Lugh). The Goddess I am closest to is Epona. I am drawn to Gaulish (Celtic) deities.

ANDY is the name.

There once was a young lad who had died at the age of seven. He was met at the gates the Heaven by the Angel Gabiel. Now Gabriel knew that the little boy deserved to be in Heaven, after all had not lived long enough to do much to harm his soul. Gabriel was also quite the jokester.

He told the Little Boy, "We got you on the list, but you will have to pass a test by answering these 3 Questions first. If you can answer these 3 questions, then you will be admitted into Heaven.

Gabriel ask the first question:

"Name two days of the week that begin with the letter 'T'?"

The lad thought for awhile and responded,
"Today and Tomorrow."

Gabriel said "Ok, I cannot argue with that," as he was amused by the cleaverness of the answer. Gabriel then provided the second question:

"How many seconds are there in a year?"

The little boy thought & thought, counted his fingers and toes. He answered, "12, there are 12 seconds in a year."

Gabreil befuddled at the answer, ask the boy to explain the answer. The Boy said, "There is January 2, February 2, March 2,.." At some point the outdone Gabriel interupts the little boy and says,"OK, I get it,I get it. Very good, that answer is good enough."

Gabriel presented the Final Question.

"What is God's first name?
,
The lad sitll elated for having answered the first questions correctly, answered, "That's easy, Andy."

The understandbly perplexed Gabriel ask, "How do you figure the name is Andy?"

The little boy said, "Just like the words in the song."

Gabriel asked "What song?"

The young lad said the one that goes like this:

"Andy walk with me, Andy talks with me, Andy tells me that I am his own."

I love Gaia and Pan. They were never consorts, but I think they go well together. She could keep a calmness to everything, while he has his fun!

The other deities are just as important in ritual, they all have different aspects to give.
