Walking is a great all around exercise. It strengthens and tones the body (abdomen included) and helps reduce fat. You can safely start walking now. Abdominal crunches and reverse crunches (laying on your back and picking your legs off the floor) work great for the lower abdominal area.

Talk with your doctor about when you can start a more rigorous exercise program. Healing is relative to an individual's health. He/she would have the best idea of how much your healing has progressed.

Eating a well balance diet 3 x a day and have light snacks between your meals. Making sure you take enough vitamins, minerals, fiber, and protein to keep you healthy and fit. Walking is always good for your health.

Be careful with any salty food/drinks with high concentration of fructose.

Don't over eat. Once you are full; stop eating. Have at least a small bowl of salad a day and 8 glasses/64 oz of water. This will help you with fiber and the water will help flush out anything that your body doesn't need.

You need to wait for a month or so before you take up any vigorous exercise, then don't just focus on crunches and ab workouts, you need to do some general aerobic exercise too so that you have overall tone. 1/2 hour brisk walking every day is a terrific way to tone up so go for it!
Good luck honey, I would like to get mine reduced but I cant stay inactive for the recovery period so I'm stuck with them!

Talking through experience the best excercise for you my friend is a cross stepper machine, they are reasonably cheap and they have great benefits to the legs, thighs, abdomen, and arms with one easy motion, it would only take up 15 mins a day of your time and the results are exceptional.
The breast reduction will remain slightly sore for about 7 days abnd after that go for it, take it easy to start and gradually increse providing you do not get sore.
well done and good luck.

walking is for legs and things and downer body stuff. go little by little and do 20 crunches per day. wen you get used to teh amount go up till you reach 100 then continue like that and it;ll get stong and not as "pregnant-like". a good diet of fruits and vegetables will help too.

walking 30 min a day & doing crunches is good.also eating a healthy diet of grilled fish or chicken & lots of veggies. stay away from white starches like white bread, white rice, pasta, potatoes, sugar & avoid too much salt.drink lots of water. you must ask your doctor before doing any exercising, though or you could hurt yourself.

Sit ups and crunches are best but make sure your doc says it is ok to exercise first.

Walking doesn't burn much fat.
You need to run/jog.
Many women get breast augmentation so they can let themselves get heavier.
