i always find myself meeting the same "type" of people. whether it's dating, work, or just socializing. i meet needy, aggressive women, and mousy, submissive men, who cater to them. i know this is a reflection of my own inner state, but what can i do about myself to break out of this cycle?

Kid, take a walk and not be yourself at any one time. Leave all of your inhibitions and personal standards at home and just be friendly to anyone you meet in the street. Just beware of muggers... but you will soon realize that the world is larger than you think it is...

... and so you go on to explore and meet better ones.

Have you ever heard of "same place, same thing?" You need to go out and do something totally different. True, you might meet the same type of people. You won't know until you try...........

break out of ur comfort zone n explore the world...! Ditch your usual hang out places... ditch your style of clothing... different types of people go 2 different types of places... n the way you dress can attract specific groups of people also... be willing to explore and the world will explore u =)
