I assume that u r a guy, and since i believe that girls value originality(my girl, has it on priority), i wud suggest that u just go n ask her for a cup of coffee and tell her ur feelings, genuinely. i did last week, i took my girl to the beach about 10oclock at night, sat her there, and she was in a bit of a huff, so i said to her, i bet i can cheer u up, she said , go on then, i said, ok ill do it in 3 steps, 1, i gaave her a kiss, 2, i said i love you, 3 i got the ring out of my pocet and said will u marrie as i opened it, she said yes :)
