Located in my sacral area, below the iliac crest, on the right side. No bruising or redness, though swelling accompanies the surrounding area. Pain to the touch and an ache throughout, even to my pelvic region, directly in front of the mass.(nerves I'm sure)

You sacral area is located at the base of the spine, while your iliac crest is located on your hips at the side of your body. Stop trying to self-diagnose and get yourself to a doctor.

Hey, this does not sound good at all. You should see a doctor instead of getting a lot of dubious recommendations from unknown people on the Internet. Not to be an alarmist but it could be cyst caused by a serious infection or worse yet cancer. Don't play around, get this checked out by a real pro!

Go to your family physician and see if an ultrasound can be done to the area.
