How do you know she can talk to her parents?
Listen sweetheart can you please add additional details about what state you live in?, you don't have to say what town as some people might know who you are, if you do I will look up programs for you in this matter, in the mean time do you want to keep the baby? 14 is very very very young for a baby but you wouldn't be the first, depending on the state you might have to tell your parents if you want an abortion.

You don't want to tell anyone right away. Take your time. But worrying about it is just that, worrying about it. Although, thinking of what the child would be like in your arms as it grows and call you "mommy" is heart warming. It will be hard on you, your parents, your family, the child and to some friends if there are any. It will also show you who your real friends are. Good family will not abandon you. They will be there happy or sad. It will also change the way you look at life and people. It will change you no matter what you decide to do. Just do the right thing. Don't cloud your mind of the what ifs, but what should be. If you are religious, this is the time. If not, maybe you should look at your options. Others may take advantage of you as if it hasn't happened, but be careful. At a young age, you have taken a step in something that makes us closer to God, you are creating a human being. Even if you don't believe in a God, you should know of that power which you now have, to create the likeness of you. Good luck to you and whatever you decide to become, including your unborn child.

You will have to tell your parents eventually, because you can't hide a baby in your back pocket forever. Find an adult that you can trust such as the school counselor or you church pastor or priest. they will be willing to help you break the news to your parents. Also try looking in the phone book for any kind of teen crisis hotline or Catholic charities group (birthright). There are people out there that are willing to help you get through this. The first would be your parents. They love you more than you could possibly imagine. Letting them know as soon as possible will save you a lot of heartache in the end. They will be willing to help you throught this difficult time if you allow them to. You must be open with them if you want help from them. Keeping this bottled up inside will only cause needless worry for yourself. Most important of all, pray. Your faith in God will help you through this difficult time. Ask Him for his loving hand to guide you as you break the news to mom and dad and decide what is best for you and the new life you have created. The sooner you do this, the better things will get all the way around.

Can't tell anyone?! You think they're not going to notice when you've doubled in size? Or when you have amniotic fluid gushing down your legs and you're screaming?

Better to tell everyone now so you'll have a little time to prepare for dealing with the responsibilities of a 30-year-old. Hope you can find a babysitter so you can learn how to drive next year.

You may only be 14, but you are old enough to know what causes pregnancy and to use birth control if you are stupid enough to have sex at this age. Since you are obviously irresponsible as well as ignorant, go to Planned Parenthood.

Once this is over, please grow up and use birth control, and get an education. Your and you're are two different words with two different meanings. You should have used you're in your question.

Sorry little lady, you wont have to tell anyone. It will be obvious shortly. I would beat the rush and tell your parents/guardians. Other than that you have two choices, life or death. Have the baby or Abortion. But you will need your parents advice and consent for either. Better tell them before its too late.

First of all, you are going to have to tell someone sooner or later, cause in a couple of months it will show. talk to a counselor, decide if you want to raise the child or if you want to give it up on adoption.
