Some do some dont if your doc has said it will trust his word or get a second opinion. Other wise get a Ganglionesctomy.
Or go to a Chinese herbalist as I have had one in my elbow it took 3 weeks to heal with herbs my doc suggested surgery as I had this problem for 6 months prior.

No, it wont go away on its on. They can leave it there if it isnt causing pain or pushing on something of importance.

havent seen them go away by themselves.
