Does the 'strictly water for 7 days and 30 minutes of walking every morning' diet ACTUALLY work? What are the results and what must you keep up after you've lost weight (if any)?

I know that Jared Leto used this technique to shed all those pounds he put on for his movie 'Chapter 27.' He mixed things like cayenne pepper, lemon and maple syrup to his water and that's all he drank for one solid week.

Drinking water for seven days without eating any food to provide nutrition is VERY UNHEALTHY! Any weight you lose this way will either be water weight (which you'll put right back on) or loss of lean muscle, which is unhealthy.

Yes it works, but under no circumstances should you go more then 7 days.
Then start to slowly reintroduce food back into your diet.
This has a great cleansing effect, and it allows your body to absorb more nutrients when you eat.

The results can be phenomenal, but do not expect to lose more then 10 pounds.
After you are done you must still drink lots of water every day. Take your weight divide in half, and that is how many ounces of water you must drink just to remain properly hydrated. On active days you need more, but never less, and if you drink anything carbonated you need to drink that much more water to replace what the carbonation dehydrated.

Just remember this is an extream diet, and is not recomended more then once every 6 months.

I think it may work however you may not want to do it since it will only be a temporary weight loss and may be harmful to your body. Id say think about going on a different route. Change your diet and make it a long term goal to eat healthy and exercise 3 to 4 times a week. Cardio as well as building muscle since muscle helps us burns more fat than cardio alone. Good luck.

Beyonce also used this lemonade fast to lose weight for her role in Dream Girls. It does work, you have to be really careful of what you eat after the fast is finished. Search on Google for the lemonade fast and it will give you more details.

you realize that is incredibly stupid right? I know you want to lose weight but this is just wrong your body needs nutrition and it shall take it anyway it can. you will not only lose your "fat" but your muscles will deteriorate also so reconsider this retarded "fat loss" regiment and just exercise and eat right it always works.
good luck :)

It is not very smart. that is going to tell your body to go into starvation mode and for a while, most of what you eat after this will be stored. your brain needs calories to function. so does your body. please do not do this.
