There are 2 aspects of this question:
no1) - this deals with the things that make the woman want to have relationship with a man
no2) - these are the things that makes the woman want to commit to that relationship
no1): first feeling she gets when she meets the guy, sense of humour, intelligence, good looks (eyes, butt and nice overall body), lots of things they cave in common - habits, tastes, etc
no2): trustworthy (she can trust him and he trusts her with "all" his secrets), somebody she can rely on - women tend to get dependant on the man they are committed with, respect (both ways), good career perspective
and of course there are more things but the one thing that summarises all of the above - is LOVE

Every one has different answers but for me they would be; we have to be attracted to each other. He has to be a total gentalman. He can make me laugh on matter what. He dosen't have to understand everything I do but at least he respects my decisions. Someone that I can count on. And the most important thing, we can have fun together even in an unpleasent situation.

Trustworthy, stable home enviornment, someone to treat them with respect. That's what I would look for. It's just my opinion someone else might feel differently.
