It is Always DIFFICULT to measure how much Water is getting drunk by Fishes in the Pond!

So, No matter what type of Goverment is it, COrruption will EXIST.

All we can do is to MINIMIZE to an extent where it is NEGLIGIBLE

How we can do it? I think along with Rights given by our System, we should be more aware of our Responsibilities as a citizen of this great country.

Also, since the standard of living can get as better as more money you use fro it, "I think We should start to recognise our essential needs & should learn to be HAPPY , with Whatever we have got".

i believe it is all about a person's family background. Parents who never told their kids stealing is wrong have to be blamed for that. The best way is to teach your kids never to steal and show them examples which you will find plenty. It has to be done consistently when they are growing up and make sure you are practising what you preach. It is hard but not impossible. The feeling of pride that comes with living you life in a pious way cannot be matched. Teach your kids to share, rather than snatch, give rather than take. We cannot always blame poverty for that. How many people who are in a position to take bribes live in slums? If that was true why do politicians rank so high in the list of corrupts ? It is all about greed, about poor character and about poor brought up. It is about killing your inner voice. I don't think we can get rid of it overnight but we can surely discipline the next generation and try hard to make sure they get it right. We alway have hope. People have to get their priorities straight. Persistent and consistent efforts will surely bring change.

get rid of babus and politicians ...
Actually i like RDB saying, instead of changing the system change your self, we are the one who bribes them and encourage them to do this. We should change ourselves. No country is perfect but let us all try to attain perfection as individuals.
