Well, I'm 25 yrs old. I have a crush on this girl at the first sight. I think she is about 23-27 yrs old. She told me that she is going thru a divorce. She's working at the frame department at one store which is about 25-30 mins away from me. I'm thinking about to ask her to a dinner or maybe lunch. I normally have no problem asking a girl out but this one. You probably know the feeling! I have no idea if she is dating somebody or already have a new bf. So, basically, I am have to do a guess. So, I am thinking about to send her some flowers with a note like "A dinner with me? Let me know xxx-xxx-xxxx" But, I have no idea what should I send her. At the same time, I do not want to feel like a weirdo if she is dating someone or already have a bf. Any idea?

Naw, don't send her flowers, to close. Just go in and chat with her some more,, then ask her out for lunch, or something easy like that,, no pressure,, then if she has a bf she'll tell you then.

Why don't you just ask her? I know, you are afraid of rejection.
How about you approach her by saying, "I know you are going thru a divorce and you probably don't feel like dating just now, but I'd really like to get to know you. Maybe we could have lunch one day?"
Dinner is too much too soon. Keep it to lunch on a work day, or a coffee.

If she told you she's going through a divorce that means she's a bit vulnerable and sensitive right now. Most guys like to take advantage of someone in this position, but if you show her that you can be a friend first then she may see more in you. I know it's not easy, but neither is going through a divorce. If you are interested in her and not just a quicky, then I recommend this approach.

Maybe let her get her divorce final before pressing her. Few don't have at least some ideas about who they would like to date before getting a divorce.

I think you should just go and ask her. If you really like her, you shoul ask her in person , with some flowers. If she turns you down you don't lose anything

Yes, send her some flowers, and the note you composed sounds great. Short and simple.
I would send roses. everyone loves roses and it shows your not cheap.
