I have had no problem calling abroad since the coup and I make international calls virtually everyday from my mobile as well as a landline (using the 009 prefix). Yesterday someone from abroad could not get through to my mobile but I figured that that was the question of the 8 after the country code of 66 to a mobile. I told them it was necessary; maybe it isn't. What was said above about the Bangkok Post's website not opening worried me a bit so I just tried to open it. It opened no problem (showing the same picture as was in today's printed edition).

I don't think they were blocked. My girlfriend said she saw my call as being missed. I think the day of the coup there was a lot of calls overloading the system. I did notice that the Bangkok Post's (the online newspaper) website was unavailable.

I trust Evil J. twin; i visit't see why the textual content service should be operating if the phone agency has blocked it. honestly opt to visit the service service. they'd opt to the contact the unique proprietor (which they'd have on report) to envision out he truly did promote it to you. in case you could provide a depiction then it truly is on your side, also any witnesses, in the different case it will be some bastard who's pinched a telephone and attempting to make it artwork. honestly nicely worth a attempt in case you want that telephone sufficient and do not opt to lose you money. Any telephone numbers kept contained in the phone's memory? they could be able to provide you some theory who this guy changed into. reliable success.

Not at all...as my experienced. My family and friends called me everyday, as my mother is sick at this moment in Thailand. Don't forget to add "8" after "0" when dial the mobile phone in Thailand now.

Not with my experience - I'm based in Thailand and had received overseas calls from my family and friends (asking how I am and the situation here).

Was never an interruption in phone service. State television was down for several hours, only broadcasting patriotic things, but CNN and FOX never were down.
