Cremate it and dump it somewhere.
I see no reason why a rotting corpse is given the right to occupy 20 square feet or more of prime real estate for the rest of eternity. That may not seem like a large area, but eternity is a long time and the world is full of people.

I wish for my organs to be donated and my body cremated. I had wanted my ashes spread over the Rockies, but I learned only today that ashes must remain in the urn or buried.
So, I guess I'd like to have my ashes tossed into a volcano. Might as well burn, as it seems I'm headed there anyway. *wink*
=)

I would like a funeral pyre.
But another idea also intrigues me. If I know my time is coming, I would like to go out into the woods and leave my body there to become a part of the circle of nature. To give my body back to the earth that sustained me in life.

I am an organ donor so I want all of the usable organs to be removed to help save others. Also the diseased organs to be donated for research on whatever disease I may have died from.

if i were an atheist i wud lyk my body to be preserved in ice for thousands of years....but before that i wud invent an ice that never melts of course, and i'm not talking about dry ice! Its the different kind of ice!
But then is this how cheap life wud be? You just die as if you never lived?

Buried or cremated. I probably would prefer cremation (better for the environment) but I'll leave the ultimate decision to my better half. He's the one who will have to deal with it, after all.

Any of my organs and such that can be donated I want them to be donated. Then after that process I would be put in a casket and buried. My body would then decompose in the ground. No heaven and no hell.

I'm not an athiest but I'd best like my body to be either buried without the coffin (for the animals) or maybe used for science or transplants?

I'm gonna be cremated, and my ashes interred in front of the family headstone, just like all my family
