The day i walked into my class i had a girl who has been really nice to me. She is really helpful with helping me get situated. She talks to me during class and often leans her head back onto my desk for the hell of it. She strikes up conversations with me every so often also. She is an attractive girl and i believe that im a decent looking guy so, does this mean that she may like me? do i have a chance with her?...if so how do i go about asking her out? now im not some lame guy who has never been kissed or anything but like i said im just new in town and im not to sure about how to go about meeting new people.

Wow.. you made it to senior year before having girl problems...CONGRATS!!!

This may be her way of casually letting you know that she's into you, or she may just be that comfortable around you that she can "let her hair down" but not really think of you in "that way". Welcome to the world of women, hun.

Invite her out.. see where it goes. But don't get your hopes up on a first date. Just take it slowly... who knows?? She may end up being your prom queen!! Good luck!!!

Just use your common sense. If you are in California...be really careful, girls will chew you up and spit you out before you know what happened. It sounds like she is being a little too forward with you and I would watch out if I were you. Stay friendly with her ,cause there is nothing wrong with that. Get to know more people. Take your time, there a lots of nice girls out there. I'm wondering what "chance with her" you are looking for. If it's sex then probably so by the sound of it. If you are talking gf...that's a little fast and don't you want to get to know other girls before you get tied down to one? You have the rest of your life and believe me it can seem really long sometimes. WAIT see what your options are.

Just be careful that she's not playing you.... sometimes girls are attention whores.. and may just be wanting attention from you... "the friend"

OR

She may be attracted to you... you may want to ask her to meet up with her at lunch or something.. real simple.

Also.. pay attention to what is going on around you... like when she puts her head on your desk.. is there a boy in the class that looks jealous??

Or maybe she is trying to make another girl jealous....

Just pay attention to the whole picture.

i dont think you should ask her out yet. but the next time she conversates with you find out if she has a boyfriend and if she is looking or loving the single life and ask other people about her then as you gradually build a friendship ask her to go to a movie if she says no say thats cool but you would still like to keep a friendship.

The best time to do it is when you don't know eachother very well. Before she's had time for other people to say what they think. Just ask her out! Oh...and that thing with her head on your desk......she's definatley into you.

I think she likes you. Ask her out, perhaps you can ask her to show you around some fun places there in the new town.

Good luck to you!

You find a mutual interest and you ask her to join you in doing something related to it - minus the date stress. Build your friendship. Get to know her - then your answer will come.

Good Luck.

hm... ask her to chill sometime. maybe go to a game? (that way you'll be able to meet more people) or somewhere more private so you guys can just bond. start off as friends and get to know each other more.
