Elbows are joints, so the type of exercises that you would consider is called Range Of Motion. That means moving your elbow in all the ways that they are supposed to move. They pull the hand up to the shoulder and extend our straight. Also, they rotate. Extend the arm out, then turn your hand palm up, then palm down. This is called supine and prone. It is not necessary to use weights for these exercises. Be careful not to hyperextend the elbow or any other joint.

Try as hard as you can to stick them in your ears. One at a time of course. What exactly are you trying to achieve? Mobility? Your question does not state what the problem is. If you have arthritis in your elbows, you need to keep them moving. If on the other hand you suffer from tennis elbow, avoid lifiting too much weight.
