This is gonna sound a little lame but I have to ask. ..So there is this attractive guy that i have ran into a few times and I would like to talk to him. The thing is I am too nervous and afraid of rejection. I have to wonder if he is interested in me. He says Hi to me everytime i see him. (guys don't normally say hi to me unless i know them.) Should I take this as just a friendly jesture or do you think he might actually be interested in me??

Maybe you should try to start a small conversation with him next time. You might be able to read if he has some kind of interest in you the more you guys talk. You just might get lucky and have him ask you out for a date or whatever before you even work up the nerve to do it yourself.

next time you see him...start a conversation. not a too desperate one though. just be like: "didn't I see you at the club last weekend? you go there often.I'm gonna be there next weekend. are you gonna go again? see you there then!!!!" hahah something of that sort you know. and when you see him there with your friends you can get a bit closer and get to know eachother better and im pretty sure he'll give you his number and you can start from there.
improvise...im sure you'll find something to talk about...even if it's the dumbest thing ever. Do you see him at school? ask him what class he just came from. Don't be shy. start off with some little chit chat. If he didnt want to be friend you he wouldn't say hi. trust me. He's probably just shy and scared of what you might think about him. guys are no mind readers. we aren't either hahaha So that's why sometimes you gotta take the chance and make that move.
