Seems like you have an anxiety problem not just nerves. Now I am no medical professional but I experience those things when I get around more than 2 people.

I would say go for the injection and see how things work out. B-12 helps in other areas so I don't think it will hurt to try. I would also seek medical attention. Maybe get some professional advice on how to cope with the anxiety without the use of medication.

Hope this helps,
-B

I would recommend:
A good high potency multiple vitamin-mineral pill daily
Calcium citrate 315 mg with each meal
Magnesium chelate 250-300 mg twice a day
B50 complex twice daily til improvement; then once daily
Methylcobalamin 5 mg daily (swansonvitamins.com)
Get an herbal combo for nervousness (swansonvitamins.com)
a good broad spectrum essential fatty acid supplent may help too
Good luck and God bless!

B-12 is a stimulant vitamin, and it may make you worse. (Don't believe me? Take one before bed and try to sleep.)

I think you need CBT - a type of therapy that deals with certain situations. I went through it for a different anxiety-related problem, and it was nice because it rewires the brain without drugs.

This is NOT a vitamin deficiency problem. You have anxiety and phobia related mental issues that NEED to be evaluated and treated. Don't worry, they have medicines on the market that can treat such phobias and make you to feel more comfortable around people. But you should also get counseling to get to the root of the problem. Good Luck!

You should talk to a counselor, perhaps its one of those "it's all in your head" deals. If not then they can suggest a psychiatrist who can suggest something stronger than vitamins. In the mean time, it could'nt hurt to ask a walgreens pharmicist a few quick questions, they'll probably recomend a daily vitamin from the store. Good luck.
