He's attracted to you but YOU'VE built a relationship of another kind and he feels you might brush him off if he told you of his feelings....
....... if you find him attractive too grab his hand first next time & lean into him with your body when you talk, that should encourage him.

it dosent nesscerally mean he likes you... but you never know :), i have a girlfriend who goes to a different school but people right away at the homecoming dance that we were a couple... so your best bet is he absolutly likes you
