Salted green olives preserved in lemon juice and vinegar can be kept one year in glass jar with cover .

at least a year, they are already preserved in the same manner that olives were way before refrigeration was ever thought of, and they always lasted throughout the year till olives were ripe again.

If it's in vinegar, I'd say about a month. Any longer, and they turn sour or they get mushy.
If it's un-opened, it's fine indeffinitely.
Good luck!

the place i'm from (Ontario, Canada), we get black olives in glass jars too. i assume you may bypass to the speciality component to a sizable food market and get the deli olives by ability of weight in one in all those clean resealable bins as a replace.

As long as they stay in the fridge it should be okay. They never last that long in mine to many things to add them to.
