Besides the fact that your question made absolutely NO sense.....
The mark of the beast is something that WILL happen, not that "might" not happen "if we pray enough"... this is like the thing that some churches are preaching "if you pray for peace, God will give it to you"... this is a lie, in the Bible, it says that in the end times there will be wars and rumors of wars.... IT SAYS THIS IN THE BIBLE.....
Don't take what I am saying as me attacking you, Personally I believe that this will all come to pass (Because I have faith that God's word is infallible), but if you are going to go quoting scripture (or using a radical webvideo that you just found online) without knowing what you are talking about, you could do more damage than good.
I believe that people should be educated about the mark of the beast because it is one of the signs of the times (that Jesus will be coming back very soon) and it should not be taken lightly... however, you are not going to be able to prevent it any more than you can prevent your flesh from rotting away in the ground.

Spend..... help me out. What is your question? Are you asking if Hitler is the real Devil or the USA?
Also, watched your link and I have seen those same photo's on video's proclaiming they were abducted by space aliens. Any connection? And why would the implant which will be used to scan to BUY AND SELL need an antenna as portrayed in the video clip. Transmission distance on such a small power source (which wasn't explained) would be valueless. Also, just about every country in the world I imagine uses the MicroChip not just the USA.
More and specific information required to answer.
