I have 15 glasses of water each day / jog one hour/ take no butter ,oil, non veg / take up stairs ..always ! Consume anti oxidents ..natural and prescribed ! meditate...yoga ..and keep off stress to the max !!! still it takes me nowhere !! I feel i do not look as great ..skin no great shakes ...body not as atheletic...worries always round the corner ..I do not even sleep well !! What is wrong with me ??

Maybe you should go to the doctor and get a check up. Not sleeping can take it's toll on your skin. And if you worry a lot your cortisol level goes up and can make you gain weight, esp. around the middle and your face will look puffy when under stress.

Without a lot of details given, I would say go see a nutritionist. They'll tell you exactly what to do, what kind of food to inrease, like protein. Protein is a great way to boost your metabolism right off in the morning. A slow thyroid is also possible.
