for all three items you mentioned, i play music and move around the house dancing to the music.... it works for me..........

absolutly nothing, oh... well, do you consider punching walls, destroying things and self harm as energetic, positive and happy? Coz i do! well at least it helps a bit. but if you have any less destructive options, i'm open to ideas!
