No. Dreams are just the depiction of happenings around you. When you see something, you will not register everything around with your conscious mind. So whatever is seen by your eyes and is not registered in ur Brain that will be registered in your sub-conscious mind. Then in the night when u sleep sub-conscious mind is active. So all the things are registered there in a haphazard manner and that is why u have dreams connecting all the unrelated events that has taken place in the past. So basically ur sub-conscious mind is active n ur conscious mind is relaxed that is why u see dreams. Everyone have dreams some ppl remember it some don't. u can also guide ur dreams there was some article in the new paper some time back don't remember they were talking about guiding ur dreams to get some constructive out of it. So search on google.

Of course, for some people, they are preminitions of the future. For some they are visions from the past. Some people can think so hard about someone or something from their day, and actually dream about that night. Most people can't remember dreaming and then there's a few that have dreams they cannot forget. Here's a tip: if you want to have a dream, drink a huge glass of water and get a full bladder before you go to sleep. I promise that you will dream, beware though, some people dreamed of going pee or being around water and actually pee'd the bed.

A person’s life is full of dreams. Dream can be about one’s ambition which he gets fulfilled with the passage of time thru his own hard work, intelligence, good planning and with the blessings of Almighty. Another is day dreaming which is really not a good habit and can be controlled with one’s will power. But what about the dreams a person experiences during sleep. Do they hv effect in our real life? What do they mean? What is their interpretation? The person asks to his friends, elders and seniors in his social circle. Sometimes he gets satisfactory reply and sometimes not. These days Internet is a rich source of information. So one does not need to depend on others for one’s dream interpretation. The Yahanswerholics Community member suggests the following.

not all of them. Many are just wanderings of the mind. Sometimes though we get a message in a dream. Sometimes the meaning is plain to see. Other times it helps to write it down and figure it out.

Of course, they mean your subconscious mind is trying to tell you deep down how you feel about certain things. Most likely your inner personality, fear. But sometimes, it just means a play back of you experience in the day time like vcr recorder playing back what is recorded

Yes, they mean that you're in the REM (Rapid Eye Movement) stage of sleep. The images you see are just fragments that your brain puts together in an insane attempt to make a story out of it.

Usually, yes. But not if you're thinking something on the line of premonitions and omens. Not that. But dreams do give you hints about what's bugging you (consciously or not) while you're awake.
