i am vaery lazy.but i can do my favourite job with a lot of concentration and hardwork.

Nice to know that you are "vaery" lazy but what the heck is your "favourite" job, and why do you think it has anything to do with becoming an inspiring personality?
And what kind of inspiring personality, anyhow? Jesus was one, So was Hitler and Stalin. Washington was inspiring, and Robert E. Lee, as well. Nearly all of the Popes have been inspiring--at least to Roman Catholics--and Michael Jordan and Elvis, both, were inspiring personalities.
Why would you want to become one, as well? For fame, for fortune, to stop wars or to start one? To collect money for libraries or charities, or to pay for a museum for your home town?
Why? What? Where? Which?
I can't tell what your purpose is in this desire, how you plan to get there or even why.

Everyone will be Lazy at Jobs or activities which they don't prefer.
Your confidence in saying that You can perform better on Jobs of your liking shows that
* Select the Jobs you love most
** You can be inspiring only when you can tell your situation in a most acceptable way.
*** Give those people what they want and get your wants.
**** Demonstrate your skills in things you are best at.
**** You live as an example to inspire others
SMILE..... TAKE CARE OF OTHERS.......UNDERSTAND THE
FEELINGS & THOUGHTS of others
You will me the most attactive personality in your Group.

First of all U must know who can be an inspiring personality, that can only be a person who has proved his/her worth by achieving some aim/goal in his/her life.
The impact of inspiration increases with the no. of achievements one has got.
So do nothing different but achieve your goals by doing the things differently. The day you achieved your first goal U will become an inspiration for others.

A lazy person can become inspiring if he removes laziness from him.You must work hard to get inspired.A saying goes "It takes years to make a name but it just take a second to spoil it.So,from this u can understand how much u have to do for it.

There is only one key: be an others-centred person. People who are self centred repel people but people who are others-centred inspire people. Btw, you'll have to outgrow your laziness if you're to be an inspiring personality.

forget about things what others says about you BELIEVE in yourself. Think that what god has given to you is one of best and specially chosen for you.
You are perfect for the job you have and if here is better oportunity you deserve you are going to have it.
Treat yourself as the best..
Else be prctical and respect others you will have all what YOU NEED
