granola and/ or hard boiled eggs. definatly hard boiled eggs. they give the protiene you need and do not have a lot of fat. if you pair that with a nice heathy portion of very low sugar granola of course eat them sepratly...lol but yeah i really like the brand Naked (granola) they have a great variety of flavors, it's quiet moist, and has the least amount of sugar. it is a bit expencive. but you dont want to eat too much protiene in the morning you want to eat most of your carbs in the morning in order to boost your metabolism. but yeah like two eggs and a cup of granola maybe with a bit of apple or freash fruit...that does it.
