Actually, semen is a very strong base (to help sperm survive in the highly acidic environment in the vagina), so in that respect it would be helpful to your teeth in the way that baking soda is (neutralizing acids that damage tooth enamel). Beyond that, no, especially if you're not swishing mouthfuls of semen in your twice per day.

It's basically a protein, so it would, if anything, feed the bacteria that cause plaque and tarter. Brush your teeth after . . . ahem . . . every meal?

no it works just like food and drinks...if you always had *** in your mouth and never brushed your teeth you would get plaque and tatar build up that can lead to gingavitas
