Like having romance with someone you met online vs. in person romance.
How can you date someone online?
I know it's a dumb question, regardless of my name hehe.

well, i dated few people online.. sad but never turn out good lol... but the difference between online vs in person...
well i think online is : u meet someone ( u hardly know wat they look like or even telling the truth) cus all u doing is staring at a screen lol... and all u guys do is chat or once ina while talk on the phone or even meet up.....but the bad thing is.. alot of online relationship dont work out well .. from my personal experience.. but maybe they are some that did...
and in person= well, u meet someone in person face to face.. u know how they look like.. or even tellin the truth about themsevles.. u guys go out on a date or so...
so i think meeting someone in person is a good idea than meeting someone online... well thats just me :)

You can't exactly date someone online. You can meet them online (through a friend, through a dating service, through a message board, whatever) and meet them in person for a date, but you can't go on little cyber dates. Some people think they've found great romances online just by talking to people who are too far away from them to meet in person, but you never really know who the person could be in real life. An in-person romance is exactly what the name says, a relationship between people where they can physically meet up and go on dates. So if you were to say "online romance," you'd be referring to people who consider each other sweethearts, but have really only talked online (or maybe on the phone).

Romance is dominantly sexual / sensual dating with yet yet somebody else. Friendship is a dating which includes togetherness, have faith, kindness, mutual help, appreciation, sturdy intentions, help, etc yet with out the above (intercourse / sensuous suggestions-set) and in spite of the intercourse and age of distinctive guy or woman (basically buddy and not boy-buddy or woman-buddy). Online dating is alot easier than you think. All ya need is an IM program, and voila! You can meet with anyone in the web, and surf together anywhere you want. Want lunch in Paris?Athens? Jamaica? A bottle of wine and some imagination for each of you, and the deep conversation you share through the IM is all you really need. After all, getting to know someone better, wether it be through text or face to face conversing, whats the differencse? Your still talking, and I think getting to know someone before you meet IRL is a very good idea. Much safer.

Well for starters there is no physical contact unless you eventually meet and go on a date. You can not actually date on line. It is a means of just getting to know some specifics about a person before you do decide if you want to meet or not.

face to face is better, it's harder to lie, in person, there is more intamacy, on line is just chat, just like i'm typeing to you know.
