It depends on your age. If you are over 21 years old, you will not grow anymore. If you are younger, it is possible....1) Make sure you eat properly (three good meals a day)........2) Exercise alot by running and stretching (starting weight training would also help).......3) Make sure you get plenty of sleep! Lack of sleep will put stress on your mind and stress CAN and WILL stunt your growth. I am living evidence of it! These are the keys to growing taller. Hope this helps!

After the age of 21 you stop growing, There are no means in which to make you taller. However, you can have this surgery done that will cut the bones in your legs in half and then stretches them slowly, so that when new bone grows back, it grows back a little longer. This is a VERY PAINFUL surgery and isn't advisable. The 2 to 5 inches aren't worth the 2-5 years of pain and suffering, due to the pain of the stretching and the device. You are unable to stand for the first year after putting this device on. And it cost out the ***. Just be happy with you, no matter how short you are.

depends on your age, if you still young in the growing years than its good nutritious food and exercise. If yuur 19 and over it may be tough
