Does anyone know how much horsepower or torque you will get if you add a supercharger to a 2000 Nissan Xterra? I have a 4wd v6.

First things first you cannot just add a blower to a Xterra VG-33 engine compression is different than and computer is different than the VGR-33 engine. There are other superchargers that might work better with intercoolers. Procharger comes to mind. Torque and horse power for the nissan unit is somewhat disappointing still under 220 horse power but torque is up by 30 lbft. the way Nissan did there blower was just give the heavy trucklet a kick at lower speed to get it moving. Safe and as engine speed increeses the blower cannot push as much air as the engine can inhale on its own. Larger crank pulley and smaller blower pulley helps.

examine the wiper regulator. Take off the wiper fingers and blades (take off the bolt you tightened) which could be a discomfort from time to time yet they do come off. Pop of he cowling (sits between the windsheild and the hood - usuall some srews and clips) and look on the wiper linkage lower than the cowling. you may have popped the linkage that is going from the moter to the regulator or elsewhere alongside the span on the regulator. something will be wedged in there no longer allowing the flaws to flow in there (you'd be surprised a number of the flaws latest in there), or like already suggested, the moter will be done. i'd not say the fuse as if it appears like it needs to run then it really is gettng the flexibility, a fuse interrups the flexibility at the same time as the AMP load is to large for the fuse to take it somewhat is there for safe practices so that you do not damage the unit on the different end.

usually superchargers add anywhere from 75-175 hp (est.) depending. They cost alot $$ but they can add good power.
