ok this is what happened. Thsi wkend I received a text saying meet me at this place and I text back anxiously saying yes I would be there. I then get a text back saying wait this isnt me my friend and I were joking and I shouldnt have dared him to.
anyway I ended up feeling really stupid b/c they got a laugh out of how desperate and eager I must have sounded.
I then texed him saying maybe you were trying to text another woman that and seeing how you got confused,I then said keep your lies to yourself, I am not interested in a lying player! he texed me back saying, "its not like that!" and explained the whole situation, Ibeleived him, my gut told me to, and the following morning he texed me with goodmorning "BABE" "I miss you" I was like in awe, so what happened there? what does that mean? does he see me more than just someone he is talking to? we make out but that it. I ahve known him for 3 1/2 months, if that makes any difference, please interpret.

In many ways (platonically) it can show a measure of respect. If there is an overtone to it maybe this guy is trying to put the clamps on you. My wife thinks he is just goofin' on you.

Whatever you do, play it straight and trust your instincts.

The might actually want to declare 'you're suitable' or 'you're very notably' yet he's often very shy and as a replace say 'you're cute' with the aid of fact he may well be worried of rejection if he throws around compliments so unquestionably. on the different band he might say 'you're cute' with the aid of fact of a definite way you smiled or something approximately your eyes that made his coronary heart flutter and his head spin on an identical time as on the comparable time sent a flood of blood dashing by his pants. So he says 'your cute' while he quite desires to declare 'you're so damn warm!!!!!'

My grandparents had the "Love of the Century" in the early part of the 20th century. They called each other "babe" as long as they were both alive.
I started calling my wife "Babe" somewhere into our marriage.
I called my oldest daughter that until my wife objected.
Several guys at the bar called the new waitress that.
Take it on the fly and wait till he defines his terms.

To me "babe" is a derogatory nickname at best. It means he lumps me with all the other females he's ever known and doesnt' care enough to either use my name or other not so overly used term for me. Babe is also a term used by "Players".

Well babe is usually just a pet name instead of calling the girl by there name or abbreviated form of there name they'll call them babe. Long as he doesnt call you baby its fine. I call all my lady friends babe few took it like you. being you made out with him maybe he thinks your boyfriend/girlfriend in which case he should of called you sweetheart lol. words to be worried about are sweetheart, sweety, baby, honey honey is a real bad one and sugar/sugarpie.

Well maybe he wants you to know that he cares about you, I dunno. But I'll tell ya this, some of my guys friends call me babe, except some want to get in my pants, so beware of that term lol. But it doesn't always have to mean something. What do his actions tell you? Sometimes actions speak louder than words.

Take it slow and don't fall for the "babe". Don't be too anxious. If it's genuine, then take it from there.

he either thinks you are close to being a sure thing or he forgot your name.

Hope that helps, Babe
