I was in a similar situation where the guy offered me trips (3 or 4 during the year), a house, a car, and could also quit my job. It was very tempting but there was one problem...I had no feelings for the guy. We still remained friends although I turned him down.
So, no, I would not accept the offer unless I had feelings for that person.

If you can live with yourself afterward, I say go for it. There are alot of worse jobs out there. And after this one you can take a shower, brush your teeth and live high on the hog for two weeks.
Just my opinion. Do what feels right.
