Depends on what you want to imply:

To-oi anatawa, ma da itametsukeru
You who is far away, still hurt (me).

To-oi anatawa, ma da cocoro-o shimetsukeru
You who is far away, still (makes my) heart tighten.

Harukani-iru anatawa, naze ma da washi-o kizutsukeru-no.
You who is distant, why sill damage me.

The first one implies his heartlessness; the second one implies your longing. Third one is more faithful to your request.

These buggers are tricky expressing in Japanese. Stay away from google translations. You are probably better off text messaging in English....
