Every fight was a great fight, It appauled me to see the audience constant booing every fight and every fighter, where was UFC 63 held at and what were their problems? I can understand when a fight is called early or there is a fighter who is disrespectful and hated by many (tito ortiz), or even to a doctor stoppage. I dunno I guess I would just like to think that mma has moved away from drunken hill-billies and into serious spectators who appriciate the skill and athleticism of todays fighters.

Did you see the Ultimate fighter 4 match last week. The whole second round they were barely working but the ref didn't stand them up. Maybe there were no fans yelling at them to do it. Maybe because MMA is a chess game anyone can win so you have to take your time and feel out your apponent. Some eople know that others well... Most of my friends are not UFC fans. They want to see to guys standing there boxing and doind Bruce Lee moves. They don't know anything about fighting other than Enter the dragon and Blood Sport... I guess those fans were the same way. Although I gotta tell ya. If it wasn't for the Hughs, Penn fight I would have been pissed about spending the $39.99.

Lots of time the boos come when a fight is supposed to be a stand up match, but goes to the canvas. Personally I like the ground game it's what separates MMA (pretty much a FIGHT) and other sports like Boxing/Kickboxing.

Other times, It's just fan favorites.

Daily MMA is turning into an entertainment sport. It's not just for martial artists anymore. The crowd knows this and is influencing the refs by their boos. My personal stance, is if you have never been in the cage, keep your mouth shut.

This happens because a large portion of the crowd are all drunk red necks. It's like a damn NASCAR race.

"Aaww man, why are they fighting on the ground again. Get up and knock him out you p*ssy!!!"

It's so ridiculous I can't even get mad at it anymore.

The Japanese fans on the other hand...very respectful, KNOWLEDGEABLE (they cheer at techniques American red necks miss), and love both the winner and loser of the fight.

That's one reason I prefer PRIDE FC, over UFC any day.
