It's not a lizard, I believe it's a small mammal, I want to say Lemurs but that doesn't seem right.
The animal forages coffee plants and eats the ripest, purest coffee beans to consume and during the digestion process the coffee bean is further refined and the resulting coffee bean is the highest possible quality.

they do not used lizards, its a type of livestock (cow,goat,sheep) and it is very expensive.
