Yes, it is genetic. But, you may not be like your dad; could be an uncle, etc. Contrary to what some people think, the penis is NOT a muscle!

I do not know for scientific fact, but one time, my husband's father was in the hospital for a surgery on his bladder.
He accidentally flashed me (he was doped up on morphine) and it looked identical to my husband's.
Not only was I embarrassed (his father never remembered it happened or he'd die), but my husband is well endowed, and when we left from visiting his father, my husband says "well, I guess now you see where I got it from"...haha

its mostly passed down from ur mother depending on how hard ur dad "hit it" when you were concieved ... if its short just tie a 10LB weight to it and wear it around the house a few hours a day...
