I'm not talking diabetes. I'm saying a condition and/or disease because of which one's glucose levels would be almost invariably on the lower side of the scale.

Thanks everyone. Hypoglycemia, got it. (I needed to double-check because I only heard the term used in conjunction with diabetes. I'm a writer and I needed to make sure I had this right before I send this thing off.)
