Well you can drink water like your on the desert, and run your butt off! You will loose weight quick, and be in shape too. Won't hurt 1 bit for you to be the fittest person there! They make a powder called "spark" in Wal-Mart., you mix it with orange juice. Its great, lots of energy, and you have very little appetite. You should eat anyways when you drink this powder or you could very easily get the shakes a little. Lots & lots of water, and excercise will really make you drop the weight quick, at least at first. IT is usually after the 3rd or 4th week that you start to slow the weight loss down. Good Luck, but be careful!

Good carbs like celery and carrots will never make you fat. Bad carbs like cake will, but you don't need to know the whole science of glycemic index and load. It is mostly NOT your fault, if you need to lose weight. Get latest info like American Heart Association does not want you to eat more than 6 ounces daily of meat, fish or poultry. I see 7 people not eating right or treating their bodies right for the next 2 months..................why do you have to bet on it, why dont you lose some weight just because you want to..........I have lost 15 lbs since July eating sensibly and eating way more fruits, veggies and fiber than I ever did before and I feel great!! I am not trying to put you down, but think really hard about what you are doing and treat your body right.

dont drink liquids like 24 to 48 hours before you weigh in. Water weight is easy as hell to drop. Do some light exercise and you can easily loose 10 in 24 hours
