If a psychic ever did win the lottery, I doubt they'd publicly come out as a psychic. They'd have people badgering them for lotto numbers all the time.

Because winning the lottery is rarely the most appropriate lesson for someone who is advanced enough to have earned genuine spiritual gifts.

The purpose of life is growth and self-improvement within, not spending lots of money.

I've asked that of psychics, and been told, with pious looks and straight faces, that their gift doesn't allow itself to be used for their own benefit.

At least, that's what they say.....

Because if they admitted to it then that would invalidate their win on the basis that they didn't play the game but somehow knew the "rigged" answer - even if they were just seeing the future.
