Random Internet misspelling-capitalization, or capitalization like Good and Evil, Right and Wrong, Sin, Vice, and the True Light of Reason?
(That sort of capitalization's always seemed a bit Victorian to me. Very fond of the personification of virtues.)
Possible other explanations: the writers forgot how to use italics, they don't know how to emphasize things without capital letters, they're afraid the reader isn't paying attention anymore...

Yes! Capitals are meant for the beginnings of sentences. Maybe once and a while, but not as often as I've seen on here.

YES! In my OPINION, we should be able to UNDERLINE and use a BOLD FONT to emphasize our point. WE should not have to be reduced to mere CAPITALIZERS.
