YOGURT....I have lost 86pounds the past few month's on it.I take vitamins to.Lot's of water..but yogurt is the only food I ate for over a month.Try it...it comes in lot's of good flavors.

UNDENIABLY - That would be FRIED RICE. Myself being "unattatched" (single) I cook that as a STAPLE in my diet.
Yes, I do know that all those oils and fats are clogging my arteries, but I am going out with a smile on my face!
